Qi Cultivation Part 1 – How To Become A Qi Magnet And Create Your Awesome Reality

 

You can make the quantum leap to health, wealth and success using an easily learned qigong exercise that will turn you into a positive qi magnet for attracting and creating your awesome reality. You can cultivate your qi and thus increase and maintain yourself in a very positive level of vibration. It is said that at the highest level of vibration, at the level of the universal mind, that there is a "thinking stuff," Qi, from which all things are made, and which, in its original state permeates, penetrates and fills the inter-spaces of the universe. You can connect with the Universal Qi, attract it and and use it to create your awesome life.

Qi Cultivation
Qi cultivation is creating balance, abundance and flow of Qi. It also involves developing your healing potential, and strengthening the flow of the Qi force throughout your being so that it flows to and through you at the highest possible level of positive vibration. Qigong uses mind power and internal healing exercises for creating an abundance of Qi, while at the same time cultivating your life force and channeling it throughout your body. By strengthening Qi within your body, via qigong, you can use your heightened qi force for healing yourself and increasing your positive vibrational level.

Your qi, your positive vibration, energy flow nourishes your human spirit and gives you the ability to concentrate. It is the the basis of your creativity, and it is the healing energy of your body. Qi is the force of the universe that moves in invisible currents and healing pathways through all matter in the universe. Qi connects everything. The Universal Qi force creates mountains, governs the ocean currents, flow of rivers, and weather patterns. Qi force gives trees their structure and their diversity in branching toward the sky. The movement of qi can be seen in all molecules, elements, the landscape, and within your body this life force circulates through qi energy channels called vessels and meridians.

Qi Cultivation, Positive Vibration and The Law of Attraction
There are two laws that you need to understand and use if you want and desire awesome health, an awesome life and an awesome reality. First, The Law of Vibration – You are a being of vibration and have the ability to change your vibration. Second, The Law of Attraction – Like vibrations attract like things. The Basic Vibrational Change Process
The basic process involves using visualization to BUILD PICTURES OF YOUR AWESOME REALITY IN YOUR MIND! You impress the pictures you create in your conscious mind upon your subconscious mind and the subconscious mind must accept the images you create.

Remember that REPETITION IS THE KEY! This sets up a vibration and those pictures are expressed with and through your body. Your FEELING creates ACTION which creates RESULTS!

Your vibration on a conscious level is called "Feeling." Whatever you impress is expressed through the body as action. IMPRESS THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS OF AN AWESOME REALITY and WHAT IS NEEDED WILL BE ATTRACTED and EXPRESSED THROUGH THE BODY IN ACTION. You have to get an idea and get emotionally involved in it!

How to Start to Become a Positive Qi Magnet
The goal is to have your body become like a magnet, a magnet to attract Universal Qi. To accomplish this you will need to have a picture in your mind of what a magnet looks like and how a magnetic field interacts with it. An easy to visualize picture is that of a simple bar magnet that has the lines of magnetic force flowing into one end, through the magnet and then out of the other end, once again circling to the one end and so on.

INITIAL BODY POSITION – You can stand in a comfortable positive or you can sit in a chair if you like.

VISUALIZATION – You can use this visualization to create a picture of yourself in your minds' eye. Close your eyes and imagine that you are a magnet and the the Universal Qi is flowing into the top of your head through your body and then out your feet where it then circles out around you and back up to your head and so on.

Mind Power Qigong "Qi Magnet" Technique
Preparation – Stand or sit in a chair in a relaxed and comfortable position. Close your eyes and inhale and exhale a few times to help relax, think to yourself that you are going to become a qi magnet.

Inhale – inhale deeply as you raise your hands up and out to the side with your palms up until they are high overhead. Imagine that your hands are tracing the lines of the magnetic field that surrounds your body from your feet to your head and say with your internal voice, "I am a magnet…"

Exhale – exhale deeply as you lower your hands down in front of your body, with your palms down, from your forehead to your thighs. Imagine that your hands are tracing the lines of magnetic force that flow from your head through your body to your feet and continue to say, "…for Universal Qi."

Repeat this inhale and exhale process for several minutes along with the visualization and the affirmation. The visualization and affirmation are the tools of the mind that invoke the creative energy of the universe and will allow you to become more positive and at the higher vibrational level that you desire.

Finish – when you are done, relax with your hands by your thighs and internally reflect on how you feel. Feel your new energy and the new positive level that you have created. Relax, smile and say to yourself, "I am so happy and grateful that I now attract the positive Universal Qi and I now live in the abundance of the universe." Take time to "Feel" because feeling is the vibration.

The more that you practice becoming a qi magnet, the more positive energy from the universe you will attract. And the more harmonious you are the more your wants and desires, your health, wealth and success, will be attracted to you since the universal mind and energy moves to and through you to create a greater positive expression of reality for everyone, the world and the universe.

How will this hurt my credit? Or, will it make it better?

This past summer, we got in over our heads. I finally worked out a deal with the bank on 2 lines of credit that I have. They have reduced my rate to 0% which is awesome. Doing that lowered my monthly payment so I can actually afford to pay it. The downfall is that I had (of course) to close both lines of credit so now it shows that I have nothing available to me. So my available credit is far lower than the amount that I owe causing my credit score to drop. Trust me, I definitely do not want to have credit available to me. I'm content without it. So my questions are:

*How will this hurt and/or help my score?
*If I get this all paid down, will it bring my score up so I can buy a house?

It lowered your overall available credit. So in the short run as you are seeing now it hurts your credit score. As you begin to pay it back to the bank and the balances come down you will see your credit score get better, but it will not be as good as it was before. I don't know what you can afford to pay, but the more you pay and the faster the more quickly your score will rise. The credit is now lost you. Think of it like a credit card with a limit of 5,000$ and a balance of 0$. This looks very good on your report. The same card with a balance of 4000$ looks much worse as the credit to debt ratio is very high. Since this credit is lost to you, you will loose some available credit and will see your score overall lower. So a short answer in the short run your credit will be lower, as you pay it back it will go back up, but not as high as it was since the account is now closed.
