I guess it depends on what you consider walking distance. I would say that most good place would be 5-10 minute drive from the stadium. There are Chili's, Friday's etc. that you could walk to, but no real sports bars. Also, the stadium is on a very busy road, and judging by the lack of driving skills in Tampa, I would not walk anywhere. Take a cab to McDinton's would be my suggestion.
