Things to do in Las Vegas Including What to See

Most people coming to Las Vegas have a "What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas" mindset. There is more to Las Vegas than one could imagine. Many of the events that a person can see come with a big price tag including helicopter rides and many of the Cirque du Soleil shows.

 

Vegas is much more than that with lots of free shows and attractions for the entire family. Many of the hotels and casinos offer a free attraction to lure you inside thus enticing you to take a chance at their tables or slots. The Mirage has the volcano, Treasure Island has the Sirens of TI, Bellagio has the world famous dancing fountains and the Rio has the Masquerade Village with the Show in the Sky, just to name a few.

Most of the Vegas shows have a huge overhead which translates into a ticket price of $75.00 or more. There are numerous shows with great entertainment value and can easily fit into almost anyone's budget. Many of these shows have the added value of being family friendly.

b) The price of a jacket is $33 after a reduction of 25%. What was the price before the reduction?

c) The cost of a train ticket has risen 5% to $16.80. What was the original price of the ticket?

cost of 5 cans of paint in Sept = $136
Therefore, the cost of 1 can of paint in September will be
$136 divide by 5 = $27.20
Bonnie paid $4.80 less for a can of paint in Sept
% would be: x% of $32 = $4.80
x = 4.80 divided by 32
x = .15
Bonnie got the paint at 15% discount in September.

10. 620 minus 500 = 120
Percentage = 120 divide by 620
= .1935 = 19.35%
the percentage of primate species that would be extinct in 10 - 20 years = 19.35%

1. $18.50 x 36% = $18.50 x 36/100
= $ 18.50x .36
= $6.66
Selling price of jeans = $18.50 + $6.66
= $25.16
