Guides To Gain Mesos In Maplestory
Making millions of mesos is one of hard thing in the game, this time I have collectes some good ways for all of players in the game, hope you can have a look at these guides.
1.Pick up everything you seen . The exception would be monster cards, arrows, omok pieces, etc. Some of these items may sell for a lot, or maybe just a couple hundred mesos in the shop. The money will build up, trust me.
2. Merchant. Go in the FM and buy stuff like capes. Then go and sell them again by spamming in the FM entrance, channel 1 (if you have a good internet connection, I recommend cable or DSL) or sell them using a shop (if you have NX). I recommend selling them with a shop, as spamming in the FM enterence will take longer, and you won't have as much mesos when you sell the item.
If you don't know how much something costs, just try to get a price check from the friendly people of your guild, buddy list, or forums such as MapleTip and Sleepywood.
3. Do the following quests:
John's Pink Flower Basket (Gives you 30 screws, which are hard to find/make) Fixing Blackbull's House (Has a 10% chance of getting a Red Triangular shield, which is worth a lot) Building a New House for Blackbull (Gives you a random 10% scroll, which you can sell)
Actor's Training (One of the hardest quests in MapleStory, but gives scrolls as a reward)
Nella's Quests (Gives you your level 30 shoes, so you don't have to buy them)
Stranger's Request/Stranger's Identity (Gives you your Old Raggedy cape, which you can sell for 400-500k after you get your Icarus Cape)
Icarus's Quests/In Search of Wing the Fairy (Gives you your Icarus cape, so you don't have to buy yours)
Luke the Security Guy (You can get a diamond from this quest - I did, which you can sell for 80-200k) Jane's Final Request (Gives scrolls)
The 1st John Barricade Quest (Gives scrolls)
The chain of Dollhouse Quests (Gives scrolls)
Peace at Eos Tower (Gives scrolls)
Jane and the Wild Boar (Gives scrolls)
Shumi's Quest (Makes it so that you don't have to buy your level 15/20 gloves and your level 30 shoes)
4. Sakura Cellions = Easy Money
If you are over level 45, go to Sakura Cellions, they provide easy money, as they drop 237-346 mesos each. Plus a cellion tail is worth 50 mesos in the shop, and drop npcable equips quite often. Do I smell 180k?
5. LMPQ (Ludibrium Maze PQ)
Now, my character's not level 51 yet, but when he is, I'll be LMPQing, as the PQ gives you items which you can sell. Here is the guide.
6. KPQ (Kerning City PQ)
From KPQ, you can get items such as earrings, that you can sell. The guide. The alternative guide.
7. Ariant PQ
From Ariant PQ (Not APQ, that's a totally different thing), you can get a Palm Tree that will replace the relaxer you got on Maple Island, or you can sell it for 1m to certain players. Here is the guide.
8. BE PATIENT!
If your item isn't selling as fast as you wish it would, than just wait. You don't want to sell something really quickly, and get half of what it's worth.
9. Gacha
Using Gachapon (A NPC where you can trade a "Gacha Ticket" bought with NX for items), you can get rare items that will sell for millions in the FM or in a shop. Remember this: Only Gacha in Mushroom Shrine, because it is the only town that has decent rewards that you have even a chance of getting.
10. Selling Fame
Normally, I wouldn't recommend this, but if you are completely broke, you can spam FAME 15K in ch. 1, to get extra money. Note that this is an easy way to get scammed.
11. 2X Drop
2X drop, an NX item, increases your chances of getting a rare item. It also 2X's your meso drop, so if you're at Sakuras or Leprechauns, you'll get 1800 and 600 mesos instead of 900 and 300.
12. Leprechauns
Although Sakura Cellions are great, Leprechauns (found near Crimsonwood Keep) drop Steelies (a type of stars for sins) and 600 mesos each.
13. Buying Potions
Wait, you may think, why would I need a stratagy to buy potions (or pots in the online world)? Because, you should always buy the cheaper potion. Say I'm a level 20 bandit. I could buy orange potions, but I should still buy red potions. Why? Because 50hp (a red potion) is 50 mesos. However 150hp (an orange potion) is 160 mesos. You might think, Whoah, 10 mesos? That's not a lot! However when you buy potions in large numbers (which I advise you to do to avoid using nearest town scrolls), you will find that the money stacks up. If you bought 2000 orange potions, you would be wasting 20000 mesos! Then imagine how many times you did that in your Mapling career. You would waste hundreds of thousands, if not millions of mesos. The mesos you waste just get higher as you level up. Always buy one potion "lower" than you think you need.
14. Skipping Equips
You should skip certain equips to save money, such as the Green Wizardry Hat (Which has worse weapon defence than even a conehat! And honestly, who needs magic defence when you're only level 2X?) or the level 20 bandit dagger (only 2 more weapon attack than the last dagger). Overall, if you think you don't need it for that level, skip it. Also compare the new equip with your current equips.
15. Meso Bags
Meso Bags are the quickest way to get mesos, especially with the new golden ones, that give you 10MIL! However, they cost NX, but a mil is equivalent to 50 cents. How cool is that?? These are highly reccomended.
4. Basilmarket/Trade Stratagies
1. Haggling
When you enter a trade, say a price higher than your price, then say "haggle". What this means is that the two people involved will keep on offering prices till they both agree. A lot of the time, this will end up with you either saving money or making money.
2. Bidding at the last moment
When you're bidding on Basilmarket, mark your calander to the day the auction ends. Also bookmark (add to favorites) the auction. On the last minute of the auction, go to the page, and type in the lowest price it'll let you. This will result in you getting the item for a GREAT price.
3. Don't get a canceled trade
One of the main things you should do to avoid getting your trade cancelled is to learn how to touch type. I recommend buying the Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor, or you can find a free one online. Touch typing will make it so you can type several sentences in less than a minute. For example, I can type at up to 60 words per minute, compared to how I could only type 5-10 words per minute when not touch typing. Also, say 'Hi', 'I'm selling ___________, would you like to buy it?', and if you're bad with prices (like me), 'Offer please?', BEFORE you put in your items. The exception would be when you're selling in the FM, when you only have to say 'Hi', or nothing at all.
5. Situations
2 Situations, the broke person, and the rich person.
The Broke Person
Pick up everything any monster gets, even total junk like a pig ribbon. Remember, those leathers may look useless now, but when you get 15 of them, you can get a work glove. Oh, and for those of you who don't know how to get them, take your leathers and 1k, go to Kerning City, and next to the sewers is this guy in a blue sweatshirt standing next to a water thing. Talk to him. Make sure you don't stop training and getting money till you're satisfied, need to re-pot, or got an equip. Don't worry, just stop buying expensive potions and equips and instead, use your current equips and use your palm tree chair/relaxer.
The Rich Person
You look in your inventory and see 50m. Yay! Now we can go buy tons of Sauna Robes and Dark Scrolls! NO. When you have lots of money, only spend it when you can afford to spend it. That means if you're going to be stuck with 100k after you're done, don't do it. Maybe spend one million mesos, but not it all. Spend your money wisely, or it'll all go away. As a general rule of thumb, you should always have at least 1.5m in your inventory.
6. Pros and Cons of a Shop
Pros:
Tax is half as much in a shop compared to peer-to-peer trading Generally, if you manage to get it in CH1/2 FM1/2/3, you will make a bunch of money You don't have to wait for someone to bid on your Basilmarket auction
Cons:
Costs NX Cash If you get the cheapest shop, you will need to stay in one place for a while (unless, of course, you go afk or have another computer on)
7. Shop Tips
1. Set up your shop, then leave your guy afk (away from keyboard) all day. This includes at night. (Make sure you have reliable internet. Strict DSL or Cable ONLY) 2. Log on once at night time, around 11:00PM-12:00AM, you can get a great spot in the FM. 3. Scroll your equips insanely, then put them in your shop for a price above what you want. Then say 'Selling ________, Leave offer' in your shop description. People will leave offers in the chat space, and you can track them down later.
Thanks for your reading, hope you can following these guides and can make lots of mesos in Maplestory!

How do dealers and brokers always end up with so many tickets to sold out concerts.?
I want to see Steely Dan's only Northern California show and there are hundreds of tickets available on broker and dealer websites...but the price range is $180-$300 for $35 seats and as much as $500 for better seats
i ride ...the website for the venue, Saratoga Winery, has no tickets available
they make their money by picking popular bands that they know will sell out. they buy tickets quickly in mass quantities so they can later resell them to desperate people. i've been there and it sucks! lol
