When are the Yankees tickets going on sale?

There's an article on Yahoo about their tickets being 25 cents for April 2nd and 3rd, but no info on when or how to get tickets. I'm sure they'll sell out in about 1 minute, so I'd like to know when I need to jump on those tickets.
