This one of the luxurious and premium paid for air charter services provided by air operators within Africa using light jet aircrafts, turbo prop which are fully weather equipped and flown by very experienced pilots who have over 6,000 flying experience of which 1,500 hours should be on type especially the citation bravo. On the Super Kingair 200 and 350i the pilot will be required to have over 2,500 flying hours experience of which 500 hours have to be on type. The co-pilots on the Citation will be required to have over 3,500 flying hours with at 500 hours on type likewise on the Super King air & B1900 the co-pilot will be required to have total of 1,500 flying hours with at least 500 on type to qualify to fly this aircrafts. All the crew has to attend training at flight safety for proficiency. This aircrafts have pressurized cabin and the crew have to do technical type rating examinations set by the civil aviation authority of the country of registration to ensure they understand the aircrafts performance, weight and balance, cockpit instruments, crusing speeds, emergency procedures among other important things they need to know. The operator has to ensure a qualified pilot on these aircrafts does training on the prospective crew to ensure they are proficient before they are released irrespective of his/her position be it pilot in command or co-pilot. An examination is done by a civil aviation authority appointed flight instructor to all pilots every after one year for the renewal of the Instrument Rating and a medical examination is carried out after every one year on pilots below 40 years and for those above 40 years after every 6 month to ensure they are medical fit to fly. Route checks are done by the training captain on each pilot and there is the training policy and upgrade for all pilots which has to be adhered to and there are certain number of hours one has to train on a particular aircraft to be able to be given pilot in command and some aircrafts like Citation Bravo and B1900 the crew have to attend simulator courses after every one year.
Due to high demand of VIP air charters by business executives ,diplomatic diginitaries,government officials, international organizations head of missions air operators in Kenya have ensured they have these aircrafts in their fleet which are pressurized weather equipped, with toilet and spacious legroom accompanied by refreshments like hot and soft drinks,Lunch,champagne on board .The most luxurious is the Citation Bravo 550/560 jet which has a conference room,DVD,Satellite phone and without forgetting the new introduced Super Kingair 350 I which have the lasted LCD screen, glass cockpit and modern instruments and display charts showing all geographical features in-flight. Citation Bravo 550/560 jet flies up to 42000 feet above sea level whereas the Super King air 350i flies up to 30,000 feet above sea level and the Super King air 200 flies upto 25,000 feet above sea level. These aircrafts have 2 crew all qualified and trained on these aircraft and they undergo yearly refresher courses to ensure they are competent and proficient. VIP parking is usually closer to the park. Maybe, they will also pull your park to the lot. You could tell us what this is for. Is it for an amusement park, or a carnival? They have VIP parking for a carnival, but I think that's only for certain higher up people.
For VIP parking at an amusement park, it probably would be what I just said. Maybe, you are talking about the VIP program for Six Flags. It's probably again the closest spot to the park.
